Hello, I’m Renata…

I’m a writer, integrative somatic facilitator, yoga teacher and earthkeeper with a special interest in intuitive body and nature connection. I find sanctuary in stillness and rest, and in laughter and celebration. I prioritise nourishing, whole-body movement and encourage you to be yourself and follow your curiosity. I feel most at home in wild places and offer a unique yoga experience that draws inspiration from the South African bushveld.

Classes

Choose from a creative array of classes, including various styles of yoga as well as Pilates, Qigong and TRE; join a beginner-friendly course in yoga fundamentals; or enjoy nature-inspired workshops such as Soft Soma and Animal Body at our studio in Hoedspruit, Limpopo.

Trails

Combine the adventure of a Big Five walking safari with the replenishment of daily movement, meditation and breathwork in a magnificently wild place. Trails are currently offered in Greater Kruger with partner wilderness guides and include wild camping or accommodation options.

Return to yourself, while in community, as we gather for immersive practices such as guided walks, bushcraft, nourishing movement (at your lodge and in the wild), reflection circles and time for solitude. Retreats are offered in Greater Kruger and may include a trail experience.
